Had a really interesting presentation at the
Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities this past weekend, in which my talk about the GEW focus groups we conducted with teachers a few months ago provoked a variety of comments and thoughtful questions. The response was so great that I'm thinking this work should be published soon, and I'll begin writing in the next few weeks, when a few other projects slow down, to create a draft of the ideas and start shopping that around. I already have mentioned this research piece to an editor of an academic journal, and received a positive response, so I'll start there and keep you posted. Hope to have those results in a publishable form soon!
